Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician 3, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Operational management and daily leadership of the engineering team, ensuring safe and cost-effective operation of machinery and systems.
- Implementing and managing a reliability-based maintenance function to enhance equipment uptime.
- Monitoring and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, and electrical equipment including refrigeration, boilers, and water systems.
- Ensuring safety compliance and managing safety training programs for building staff and occupants.
- Overseeing inventory and contractors within the building and ensuring adequate supplies for operations.
- Maintaining comprehensive infrastructure and compliance documentation.
The right person has…
- 5+ years of facility-related work experience with leadership and supervisory roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes and construction planning.
- Experience with HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, and CMMS (specifically Corrigo).
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
- Valid HVAC and EPA certifications along with electrical certifications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a proven record of excellent customer service.
