**Your Role and Impact:**
As a Building Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your efforts will ensure that our tenants and team members enjoy a comfortable and efficient environment. From troubleshooting building systems to performing preventive maintenance, your expertise will be invaluable in keeping our operations running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Execute a variety of tasks, including painting, pressure washing, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and more.
– Manage the work order system (CMMS) and promptly address tenant service requests.
– Participate in emergency response situations and comply with all safety procedures.
– Engage in continuous learning through technical and operational training programs.
**What We’re Looking For:**
– A dedicated professional with 3+ years of experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
– A team player with strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably use ladders up to 30 feet tall.
– Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) is a plus.
– Trade school education, union training, military service, or college background is desirable.
