Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician 3, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC system controls, and mechanical systems for optimal functionality.
- Maintain general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing systems, while managing vendor engagements.
- Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
- Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.
- Master HVAC fundamentals to diagnose and repair malfunctions effectively.
- Analyze complex system issues using Building Automation Systems to identify root causes accurately.
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for HVACR and chiller systems.
- Perform systematic troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime and disruptions.
- Maintain electrical systems and ensure safety standards compliance.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems alongside preventive maintenance for automatic doors and fire safety systems.
- Conduct daily building system start-up procedures and complete miscellaneous facility repairs.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
