As an Epic Security Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of managing user access and provisioning within our Identity Management system. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patient care and streamlining business functions. You'll work closely with end-users and business contacts, acting as a liaison to understand and fulfill their security needs efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and troubleshoot access issues in line with Identity Access and Management protocols.
– Collaborate with the Identity and Access Management team to ensure compliance with established security guidelines.
– Drive security initiatives by performing tasks that adhere to Epic security policies and procedures.
– Innovate and implement improvements for increased efficiency and security in work processes.
– Provide 24/7 on-call support to maintain system integrity and user access.
**What We're Looking For:**
– Minimum of one year of direct Epic work experience preferred.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
– A proactive, self-directed individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
**Qualifications:**
– Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, or two years of related work experience.
– Epic Security Coordinator Certification preferred.
