Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Create scope of work, bid package, and project specifications.
- Review technical drawings, provide feedback, and negotiate changes.
- Evaluate electrical power systems and compliance to local and national codes.
- Collaborate with third-party Safety Compliance Contractors.
- Coordinate installation with skilled trades, engineers, and equipment manufacturers.
- Supervise contractors in a green-field or brown-field environment.
- Develop countermeasures for project delays to ensure timely completion.
The right person has…
- BS in Engineering, Technical Trader Certification, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years in project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
- Experience in bid spec development and contractor negotiation.
- 2+ years in technical drawing and industrial power distribution/system design.
- Preferred experience with BSEE, automotive paint process, and AutoCAD proficiency.
- Understanding of PLC operation & programming and OT/IT networking.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E/77 and OSHA 10/30.
