What you’ll be doing:
- Initiate control system design from written sequences of operation.
- Design intricate pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic piping diagrams.
- Create detailed electrical control panels and PLC software.
- Develop programmable human machine interface (HMI) software.
- Provide startup support, debugging, and technical assistance for control systems projects.
- Offer guidance during installation across various plant sites.
- Conduct training sessions for plant personnel on equipment and tool usage.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (preferred).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in programmable machine controls, Servo drive technology, and AutoCad.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and safety standards.
- Supervisory capabilities.
- Experience with diverse automation projects, PLC/HMI programming, and industrial automation.
- Ability to travel as far as required to support our manufacturing operations.
