What you'll be doing…

  • Engineer and design pneumatic piping diagrams
  • Engineer and design electrical wiring diagrams
  • Engineer and design hydraulic piping diagrams
  • Design electrical control panels
  • Design software for programmable logic controllers
  • Create software for programmable human-machine interfaces (HMI)
  • Conduct tryout, debugging, and provide start-up support for control systems
  • Offer technical support for the installation of tools and equipment
  • Provide technical assistance for training plant personnel
  • Travel to plant sites as required

The right person has…

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in applying programmable machine controls hardware and software
  • Proficiency in using Servo drive hardware and software
  • Experience with AutoCad
  • Knowledge of basic electrical standards
  • Understanding of basic safety standards
  • Capability in supervision and leadership
