Business System Analysts
This position will report to the Streets Department who is responsible for the implementation of the Citywide system. The position will perform the below duties as well as other items depending on skillset and experience. Creating new users within Unifier Assigning rights in Unifier Creating projects and shells within Unifier Inputting project data and uploading documentation with accuracy Supporting training classes (logistics, scheduling, follow up etc) Assisting with inquiries from users Assisting with reports
MUST HAVES
Unifier Project Management software knowledge and experience or other Project Management software (Procure, MS project, or other Oracle Products) knowledge and experience Project Management System implementation experience Software implementation experience is ideal Database administrator experience in MS Suite of products including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (advanced level) Familiar with any kind of presentation and video software (i.e Snagit and Camtasia)
DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Understands concepts of construction project management is preferred Understands software and can navigate intuitively Experience in providing user training Enjoys working with the end users Experience working for a large Municipality, Utility, or Company
