What you'll be doing…
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions to gather requirements and understand current processes.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and document new business processes, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
- Create process maps and flowcharts to visually represent processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and updates in a centralized repository.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.
- Interact with multiple teams in Production Engineering.
- Work independently to prepare drafts for management presentations.
- Be prepared for some domestic travel as required.
The right person has…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with 10 years or more of experience.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation.
- Strong understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across divisions.
- Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a relevant industry or sector with a large organization is preferred.
- Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Nice to have certifications like Lean Six Sigma.
