Are you skilled in Business Operations and Administrative Support?

What you’ll be doing…
- Create and process complex design and construction procurements.
- Utilize your knowledge in general contracts and procurement. Familiarity with Title 34 procurements is a plus!
- Demonstrate your public speaking and presentation skills, if you have them.
- Operate effectively from our office, Monday through Friday.
- Potential start date to be confirmed after interviews and onboarding are completed, subject to state agency processing.
The right candidate has…
- A combination of education and progressive experience.
- Knowledge of eProcurement portals such as OpenGov, Bonfire, Public Purchase, etc., is a bonus.
- Experience in construction design procurement is advantageous.
- Proximity to the area and availability for interviews within a week of the posting close date, starting within two weeks of an offer.
