What you’ll be doing…
- Lead conversations to gather detailed business requirements, perform in-depth analyses, and propose strategic solutions to stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation, updating both internal and external documents as necessary, and formally initiate and deliver requirements.
- Understand the documentation development process, software development processes, and product lifecycles.
- Identify operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating system outputs.
- Improve system functionalities by researching current processes and documented business rules.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members across business units to develop analysis and documentation in a partnership-focused way.
- Translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Produce high-quality documentation for different user needs including business manuals, user guides, and system guides.
The right person has…
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred in a relevant field)
- At least seven years of experience communicating effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
- Proven collaboration skills with Project Managers, Architects, and developers to ensure clarity and alignment on business requirements.
- Strong skills in translating stakeholder requirements into detailed development documents and specifications.
- Experience in creating detailed diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows illustrating business processes and data flows.
- Experience in creating and managing test cases for quality assurance.
- Familiarity with software and database development concepts.
- Extensive experience with technical documentation development for enterprise software audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of requirements management including user acceptance testing.
- Exceptional communication skills including the ability to translate data insights into actionable results.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Strong capabilities in adopting relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
- Exceptional data visualization skills.
