Essential Skills & Experience
To excel in this position, you should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in IT development and CI/CD processes.
- A minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst and Tester.
- Expert knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, AWS, and JIRA.
Bonus Points!
While not mandatory, possessing the following skills can truly set you apart:
- Working knowledge of systems supporting MDHS SNAP, TANF, Child Support, and Child Care systems.
- Experience in tracking system defects using JIRA and JAMA.
- Participation in an Agile Team Environment and leadership of SCRUM meetings.
