**What You'll Do:**
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be an integral part of our growth-oriented team, delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your role will involve:
– Leading master plan projects from inception to completion across various sectors, including Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Industrial, and Life Sciences.
– Conducting comprehensive site assessments and due diligence nationwide.
– Creating 2D/3D density studies and site test fits to evaluate project feasibility.
– Developing and overseeing implementation plans that reflect constructability realities.
– Performing zoning analysis and supporting entitlement processes.
– Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
– Leading and motivating project teams to achieve their best performance.
– Managing project budgets and finances, providing accurate cost forecasts.
– Supporting business development efforts and delivering compelling pitches.
**What You Bring:**
– A Bachelor's degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on master planning or development.
– Proficiency in Sketch Up or AutoCAD for 2D and 3D site layouts.
– A strong understanding of master planning and infrastructure design.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven leadership abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
**Location & Travel:**
Ideally based in San Francisco, with flexibility to work from Sacramento or the broader Bay Area. A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel, approximately once a month.
