What You'll Do:
As an Aircraft Maintenance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting our clients' maintenance teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing technical guidance, recommending best practices, and driving process improvements. This is a customer-facing role where you will build strong relationships and be seen as a trusted technical resource. You will travel throughout Canada, spending approximately four days per week on-site with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and expertise.
What We're Looking For:
– Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on flight line, hangar, or back shop maintenance.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on customer sites.
– Professional presence and confidence in interacting directly with clients.
– Helicopter maintenance experience is strongly preferred, and heavy-lift helicopter experience is a plus.
– Ability to coach and advise maintenance teams, sharing your knowledge of best practices and efficient maintenance methods.
