Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer 3, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team.
What you'll be doing…
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficient operating results and life expectancy.
- Perform preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building repairs, grounds, and production equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts to report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize internal systems such as CMMS for all work performed.
- Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
- Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
The right person has…
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or must obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering, with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems.
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
- Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
