Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Job Type: 12-month CTH (Looking for someone who wants a long-term career and is willing to relocate. Contractor will not be staying in Dallas once hired direct.)
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST
Summary:
- This role operates largely independently. company needs someone who can remain motivated without a large group around them. It’s critical that they can overcome objection during the selling process.
- Must be able to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- The end goal of this role is to be hired as a direct employee; this allows the contractor to get a foot in the door.
- Looking for someone who wants a long-term career with us and is willing to relocate. Contractor will not be staying in Dallas once hired direct.
Job Description:
- You will act as a consultant to the dealers by working together with them on the development and implementation of their business plans.
- You will be working directly with the dealers and will be involved in a variety of activities to drive sales performance including market analysis, inventory management support, problem resolution, company’s Program compliance, customer retention, and digital marketing support.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating, coaching and consulting with dealers to ensure monthly / yearly sales objectives are met as well as accomplishing other dealership goals.
- Assist in dealer and customer problem resolution.
- Manage dealer compliance of company’s programs and administer company policies and procedures.
- Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle ordering and ongoing stock optimization.
- Knowledge of all company’s products, services, customer demographics or profiles, and competitive automotive makes and models.
- Work to improve retail website performance and increase lead generating activities.
- Analyze dealer sales, local market conditions (sales, registration data, dealer effectiveness, lost sales) and competition to identify specific sales opportunities.
- Coach dealer on customer retention, satisfaction and dealership loyalty.
- Assist in implementing dealer level digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct sales and training activities including remote customer contact meetings monthly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, manager is open to considering equivalent experience (in a dealership or related field) if candidate does not have a degree.
- Entry level experience ok.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills that involves understanding the audience; getting the message across; presenting information effectively; and communicating openly.
- Excellent time management skills – the ability to effectively and efficiently use your time to focus on the most impactful activities.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to influence business partners.
- Wide latitude for independent actions, including significant independent judgment.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Computer skills to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dealership/automotive experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years in sales and customer service preferred.
- Manager is looking for someone who is mobile and open to moving if hired in direct.

- Selling skills: Ability to sell over the phone.
- Technical skills: Microsoft office basics preferred, primarily excel.
- Presentation skills: Position requires frequent presentations to dealers or dealer groups.
