- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 24/7 On-call Duty
What you’ll be doing…
- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring top-notch performance and development.
- Oversee and execute maintenance tasks for facility infrastructure and production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and pneumatic issues effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures: preventive, predictive, and reactive.
- Manage the engineering budget and take part in the overall operating budget process.
- Assist in crafting capital improvement plans.
- Select, schedule, and oversee contractors, ensuring top-tier performance.
- Respond to emergencies and service calls with agility and expertise.
- Lead technical, safety, and operational process training programs for enhanced proficiency.
- Engage in productive client-facing and property team communications.
- Exhibit unparalleled customer service and communication prowess.

Minimum Requirements:
- Over 7 years of relevant experience as Chief Engineer or similar roles.
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.
- Universal CFC EPA certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and utilize ladders up to 30 feet tall.
- Physical versatility for frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
Preferred Requirements:
- Education from a trade school, union training, military experience, or college degree.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and water treatment.
- Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices.
