Job Title: Data Analyst – DRP Performance Metrics & Reporting
Location: Warren, Michigan (On-site | Minimum 3 days/week)

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field preferred)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support performance metrics, reporting, and analytical needs for the Digital Retail Platform (DRP) team. This role will be central to developing dashboards, generating insights, and analyzing performance at both the Brand and Dealer levels. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and align analytical outputs with business needs.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that resonate with business audiences.

Lead monthly reporting on Brand and DRP site metrics, including leads and sales, clickstream activity, funnel performance, and multi-period trend analysis.

Conduct ad hoc analyses on leads-to-sales conversion, VSR, VDP, funnel behavior, CTA performance, dealer-level inquiries, and more.

Analyze site data inputs such as mobile vs. desktop usage, CTA engagement, heat mapping, clickstream data, and content engagement.

Work cross-functionally with minimal guidance to support ongoing performance and operational metric needs.

Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering and automate reporting for increased speed and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert SQL proficiency

Power BI proficiency

Experience with Python (preferred)

Experience with Azure/Databricks (preferred)

Strong experience with Adobe Analytics

Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Strong understanding of clickstream data

Exceptional communication, data storytelling, curiosity, and analytical creativity

8–10 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
